You and I will have a 60-90 minute session all about you, where we break down your goals into bitesize habits. You will take away a 4-week plan designed to help you achieve your ambitions and will check in with me weekly to hold you accountable.

How Habit Kickstarter works...
I send you a goal setting exercise in advance of our call that will help us hit the ground running.
It will unearth your REAL aims, rather than your 'shoulds'.
We have our call and build your 4-week programme based on your goals.
You will receive a plan complete with all the resources you need.
You will check-in with me weekly to let me know your wins and not-so-wins, to hold you accountable.
At the end of the 4 weeks, your new habits will be ingrained and you will feel ready to take on new challenges.
