We have a discovery call and establish your lifestyle, goals and how I'm going to help you.
Based off of our discovery call, I will build the first month of your programme.
You will be added to the programme app and off we go!
We will touch base regularly so you can tell me how you're getting on.
After each month we will keep developing your programme as you continue to grow.
Your new habits will become so ingrained that we can scale back your programme and you can continue on your own!
